Trouble Shooting
Problem:
We lost the tip to our Mister. Solution: Call us & we'll send you a new one.

My kid dropped it and the brass Nozzle broke. Solution: Call us & we'll send
you a new one for $2.00. Let us know what color.
Problem: I over pumped it & the bottle cracked. Solution:
Call us with the color & we'll send you a replacement bottle for $3.00
Problem: I filled it with water & when I pump it, it doesn't pressurize.
Solution: There could be a few problems. Most comon, the black O-Ring fell out of the handle.
Please see the photo. look in the handle & if you don't see the O-Ring, look at where you unscrewed the handle from the
bottle & most likely, it's there on the ground. If you can't find it, call us & we'll send you an O-Ring for
free.
Another reason could be that the Large Tube is not tight. Check to see if
it's tight.
The other reason could be because the bottle might have
a crack in the neck of the bottle. To check that, First, make sure there is an O-Ring in the handle. Then fill a sink with
water & do not put any water in the bottle & pump it about 20 times. Then submerge the bottle completely under the
water & look to see if you see any bubbles coming from the neck. If you do then there is most likely a crack in the neck.
Solution: The bottle must be replaced.
Problem: The Mister keeps on spraying and it won't stop.
Solution: The Nozzle is not tight. Tighten the Nozzle and the Mister will stop spraying.
Problem: My mister drips from
the tip every now & then. Solution: Replace the White Seal in the Nozzle.
Problem: I have water leaking
threw the top of the Mister by the pump. Solution: The little black flap on the bottom
of the Large Tube is not seating well, so the Large Tube will have to be replaced.
