We offer the following shipping options based on total weight. If ordering
Wine Bars, Cabinets or Fine Art, shipping will be by truck freight, not UPS. Please call us for this rate. 760-325-9930.
If your order is considered "oversize" by UPS, you will be contacted to approve additional shipping costs.
When ordering Shirts, we
may decide to ship
your order via Parcel Post instead of UPS.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept
Mastercard, Visa and American Express for online orders.
You may also call 1-888-291-9463 to make an order
over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will
ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
We
do not sell any personal information.Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is
provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift
recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill
the customer for their order.
- Unless you live on the West Coast, we strongly discourage you from selecting "Ground Service" as
your shipping method. During the winter and summer months, weather conditions (temperature) and longer delivery times can
often result in the spoilage of your order. It doesn't make sense to invest in fine wines and then take the chance of
ruining them due to environmental factors during transit (faster and safer delivery generally isn't much more expensive).
We don't make an additional profit on accelerated delivery, but we frequently recommend faster shipping options to our
customers outside the West Coast.
- You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Wild for the Vine. Any shipments
containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that
delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be
present at the time of delivery.
- During periods of extreme weather, we attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get
shipments to you before the weekend. This is because we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers'
warehouses. The result may be that your shipment doesn't go out the day that you place an order. Please understand that
during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions
for shipment arise.
- We
ship by ground or air. Our prices include packaging materials. Insurance may be available for an additional charge.
- Wild for the Vine will arrange for
shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that Wild for the Vine in its sole judgement
believes that such shipment will not subject Wild for the Vine to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a
buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Wild for the Vine violates the law, we suggest that the buyer
provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party.
